Jenni Woolley is looking for a Clinical Programmer to join our client, an innovation driven Pharmaceutical company. This role will be based on-site in Hertfordshire, with two days potential remote working after a 3 month probation period. Main duties and responsibilities: ·Lead and/or contribute to the development of the clinical study database and all components. This will be in collaboration with the Study Data Manager, who provides the core specifications. ·Lead and/or contribute to the development of reports and visualizations outputs for data cleaning, clinical narratives and reconciliation activities. This in collaboration with the Data Manager and other customers ·Lead and/or contribute to the development of data transformation programs, including specifications according to CDISC and data tabulation standards ·Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical programming colleagues ·Provide timely feedback to individuals and Management, and seek ongoing feedback for personal development ·Manage Clinical Programming deliverables, including timelines, risks and coordination of cross-functional tasks with strong understanding of downstream processes and stakeholder needs and impacts ·Identify Clinical Programming related issues appropriately and addresses corrective action plans ·Evaluate the impact of risks, develops and implements mitigation plans at study level Key requirements: ·BA/BSc degree or equivalent and moderate industry-related experience ·Moderate practical and theoretical expertise within his or her discipline ·Significant experience with RAVE/SAS/STDM ·Candidates will also have: c# R or Python language ·In-depth understanding of the business of his or her discipline and the wider CDM organization ·Experience in mapping SDTM is essential A full job spec is available upon requestPlease note that your CV should show exact dates of employment (month and year) and any gaps of a month or more should be explained.
