Sister/ Charge NurseFull TimeWiltshireSalary up to £35,000Our client is actively looking for a Registered Nurse to join a leading private hospital in Wiltshire as a Sister / Charge Nurse within their medical ward. They have various modern facilities such as an endoscopy suite, intensive care unit, urgent care centre as well as numerous theatres.To be suitable for this Sister / Charge Nurse position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience within a UK hospital environment, ideally within surgical wards. You must be a qualified Nurse and hold a valid NMC registration. You will report to the Director of Nursing and your Ward Manager, deputising for the Ward Manager when required in order to provide the highest standards of nursing care. You will need to ensure that care standards are maintained and improved / developed.Applicants must have the following;- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration- Additional nursing qualifications would be desirable but not essential- At least 2 years' experience- Ability to lead a team- Experience of working towards targets and objectives- Previous experience in private healthcare- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Experience of resource managementCompany benefits include;- 25 Days paid annual leave Bank holidays- Defined contribution pension scheme up to 4.5% matched by employer- Private medical insurance- Life assurance- Childcare vouchers- Bi-annual health Screening- Family and friends discount on services- Counselling services 24/7This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
