Care Assistant - Derby
You job can be extreamly varied and no two days will ever be the same. What you do in one day is very much based around what the client would like to do. It can be anything to help manage their home. You might be required to do the chores such as remaking their beds, or ironing or wahsing dishes. You will be promoting the independence of the service user.Your job role will involve working with the client to help them receive the best quality of care possible. You will be working to provide personal care such as getting the client up and ready for the day or helping them get ready for bed. When you aren't providing personal care you will be able to spend your time getting to know the client and being a companion for them.
