Experienced Female Support Workers -£8.20 We're looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a Support Worker at our new home in Burton "We are 3 people with learning disabilities who will be moving together from our current home to a new supported living home in the new year. We are looking staff who are energetic, compassionate, motivated and can work on your own initiative. We enjoy cooking, playing games, going for meals, attending local events, going to bingo and much more. If you enjoy similar activities and have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities we would love to hear from you. The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
