Care Services Manager - Brand New Luxury Retirement Living Service with Nursing£50,000 per annumReigateBright Selection are delighted to represent an award winning retirement living provider in their appointment of a Care Services Manager for their new development in Reigate. The group are well established and financially sound with an exceptional senior management team and vision of care in a luxury setting. This is a large home made up of private apartments offering residential care alongside specialist nursing and dementia care services. Located within large landscaped gardens the development also includes multiple restaurants and additional hotel style services as expected in this high quality setting. The home is just completing commissioning stage so provides a unique opportunity to be part of original team with input into key areas of the new home including recruitment and selection of your team; being able to grow with the home as it becomes the retirement home of choice in the area.Responsibilities
•This is a management role and is 100% supernumerary
•You will be the lead Clinical Manager for the site and will be reporting into the General Manager,
•You will take responsibility for all aspects of operational care management and leadership of the care team, providing inspirational leadership and effective management.
•Management of rota to provide comprehensive cover
•Develop and implement person-centred approaches to care to underpin service deliveryRequirements
•An active nurse registration with at least 2yrs management experience (deputy or home manager)
•A minimum of 1 years' experience within elderly and dementia care
•Ability to travel and undertake visits as required
•Must have a working knowledge of Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
