We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing organisation in South Lanarkshire on a contract basis. This is an 8 month contract, with a possible extension. The purpose of this role, will be to ensure that all sales invoices are processed in accurately. This role requires an immediate start.

The main duties:

* Raise sales invoices
* Allocating customers payments
* Dealing with customer issues, debit notes returns credits and price queries
* Dealing with customers queries
* Self Billing
* Weekly credit control
* Reconciling customer statements
* Allocating customers payments
* Dealing with customer issues, debit notes returns credits and price queries

The main requirements:

* Previous accounts experience is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong Excel and systems experience
* Team Player
* Organised
* Able to work in a busy fast paced environment
