Inside Account Manager - Home Based - UK - Global Client Here at JustPharma we are working alongside a Global Leading Client in the industry who are on the Search for a Inside Account Manager to work alongside the Business Development Teams.This will be a homebased position throughout the UK working across the whole of Europe.SUMMARY: The Inside Account Manager is responsible for contributing to Business Development in the area of sales, proposals, and marketing activities. They will strategically support the Account Directors and hunt for new opportunities that align with the core therapeutic areas. They will maintain and update the CRM system, and interact directly with business partners to maintain client and account database files. RESPONSIBILITIES:Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: * Provides support to the global Business Development team, for tasks including, but not limited to: * Identifying and hunting for potential client with Lead generation, through tasks such as cold calling and emailing and Effectively use the tools provided (Linkedin Sales Navigator, BioPharm Insight, GlobalData, etc) * Collaborates with internal team members to implement strategic sales methods * Provides overall sales administration support, for tasks including, but not limited to: * Monitors CRM to ensure accurate, up-to-date information; and coordinates updates as needed ,Supports the creation and maintenance of CRM reports and dashboards * Assists with creation of client materials, such as proposals, RFIs, and slide decks * Coordinates meeting logistics, such as travel arrangementsPerform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of earned Bachelor’s degree and one or more years’ experience in CRO/pharmaceutical industry * Demonstrable knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical research * Detail- and service-oriented, and able to work under pressure * Experience with salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tool * Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships This client are growing their teams rapidly due to company expansion and success so this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
