An NHS Partnership Manager, Novartis, is a unique opportunity to collaborate and shape the healthcare system in the UK. This role can be in any location throughout the UK. Job purpose: The purpose of the NHS Partnership Manager role is to establish in depth knowledge and understanding of NHS insights relevant to senior strategic stakeholders across all aspects of an accountable care system (eg STP in Eng-land) and to identify potential mutually beneficial collaborations. This role will aim to develop industry leading partnerships with these stakeholders to align Novartis wide initiatives across the locality with the accountable care system (eg STP in England). This is a strategic role which will develop and inform future developments of what Novartis / NHS collaborations could look like. Key Responsibilities: •Clear understanding of the NHS drivers, policies and datasets to inform senior strategic stakeholder discussions and inform the Novartis portolio strategy, Strategic NHS customer maps across the accountable care system (eg STP) and priori-ties that they are focused on , •Establish relationships with the strategic NHS customers across the accountable care system to inform Novartis partnership opportunities •Build sustainable collaborations against shared priorities and identification of common interests that will demonstrate what successful NHS / Novartis partnerships look like to deliver the long term sustainability •Gain an understanding of the total investment and project deliverables by Novartis across the accountable care system in order to inform discussions with strategic NHS customers. •Build accountable care system plans for the prioritised geographies that reflect the BF and portfolio wide operational plans. Align across all BFs (including local customer facing teams), Market Access, Govern-ment Affairs and Medical on how Novartis should leverage specific opportunities that will benefit Novartis pharma – directly and indirectly. •To comply with appropriate external regulations e.g ABPI.
