Continuous Improvement Lead - Maidenhead or Wokingham
Natasha Young is recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead to work for a well renowned pharmaceutical company. The Continuous Improvement Lead will be working at their site in Wokingham or Maidenhead on an 8 week initial contract basis. This client is offering an opportunity to be involved in pioneering projects that are truly making a difference to peoples lives everyday, worldwide. This role comes with an impressive hourly rate of between £60 - £90 but there would be room for slightly more for the right candidate due to the short length of the contract. The Continuous Improvement Lead will support process improvement efforts across the organization focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement. It is expected the Lead, under the supervision of a black belt or project manager, will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to document and measure operational processes, extract and analyze process data and develop strategies to drive process improvements. The process improvement lead must possess the skill and flexibility to support several projects at any given time. The Continuous Improvement Lead should have the following skills and experience: · Lean and/or Six Sigma Black belt certified by a nationally recognized board is preferred · Demonstrable relevant experience is required · PMP certification is a plus · Previous experience leading or assisting process change projects related to the implementation and use of six sigma approach is required · Proven record of delivery against deadlines is requiredPlease note that your CV should show exact dates of employment (month and year) and any gaps of a month or more should be explained.
