Job Description: This position will play an important role in providing admin support for the EMEA Sales, Legal & Marketing Teams based in London. The role requires an organized and driven individual. This individual will work closely with the EA to President of International Sales and the EMEA sales team, as well as Marketing, Legal. This position will report directly to the EA to President of International Sales. The position will be responsible for the following: Job Responsibilities Travel and accommodation arrangements, production of itineraries for EMEA Sales Team Preparation and submission of expenses for EMEA Sales Team Arrange client meetings on behalf of for EMEA Sales Team Compose correspondence; letters, emails and faxes for own or Executive's signature Call screening Liaison as necessary with other EA's across the division and Group as well as external assistants/clients; covering within the EA team as needed Dealing with, processing and submitting invoices and purchase orders, couriers etc Undertaking various projects and research as required including liaison with Business Support for facilities issues as needed Daily admin tasks such as; scanning, faxing, binding, photocopying and filing. Reception cover when needed Diary Management for EMEA Sales Tea Booking meetings internally & externally for EMEA Sales Team Assist EA to President of International Sales when needed Provide cover to EA to President of International Sales when needed Preparation of presentations, proposals and various reports for EMEA Sales Team Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills -- builds strong relationships within the team and across divisional boundaries. Develop relationships with Executive / Personal Assistants Able to be collaborative in a team environment with a helpful and friendly disposition. Ability to manage own workload and prioritise activities accordingly ; able to make decisions as needed and works well under pressure ; strong multi-tasking skills ; proactive Attention to detail essential -- check itineraries and diary for conflicts ; able to manage time zone complexity Shows initiative, resilience and judgement in the performance of a wide variety of tasks Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains confidentiality Highly organised with excellent time management skills Computer -- Microsoft Office skills required, especially Word and PowerPoint #Dice LI-JF1 - provided by Dice MICROSOFT
