Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Ward Manager to join our expanding team within an independent Hospital. We work in partnership with the NHS to develop a range of excellent facilities for our patients and staff. Our people are what makes us unique and it is our shared values that ensures we provide the best care and environment for our patients and teams to thrive and develop, as a Deputy Ward Manager you will have a significant part to play in delivering those common goals.

Job Requirements:
You will ideally have Ward Manager, Deputy Ward Manager, or any other relevant Management experience and be a qualified registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) (although not essential) with a real passion for developing your skills in an ever changing environment. Both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the patient you will have a real desire to improve the lives of those around you and take a real satisfaction in making a difference through the motivation, development and organisation of your Ward team.
