A leading provider of health and social care services throughout the South of England is currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager to lead and develop their residential care home in Ealing.

The small, fully CQC compliant home offers residential care and support to older people with general elderly frailties and dementia care needs in luxury surroundings, with extensive facilities in place to ensure residents enjoy the best standards of quality of life and care.

The ideal candidate for this post will meet the following criteria:

Have completed a recognised qualification in management in care, such as NVQ Level 4, Diploma/QCF Level 5, The Registered Managers Award or an equivalent
Demonstrate current experience as Registered Manager of a residential care home, including the management of staff, budgets and resources
Well organised, with effective leadership, planning and communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements and any developments in these
Able to effectively market and develop the home
A strong leader and able to manage, supervise and develop a team

This is a full-time role with a 37.5-hour working week and offering an excellent rate of pay of up to £18.90 per hour depending on experience

As Home Manager, you will act as a positive and proactive leader, coordinating all aspects of the day to day running of the home, focusing on maintaining the already good standards and working towards continuous improvement.
