We are/have: Experts in banking and payments, capital markets and wealth and asset management Deep knowledge in financial services offering, including e.g. Finance,Risk and Compliance, Financial Crime, Core Banking etc. Committed to growing our business and hiring the best talent to help usget there Focused on maintaining our nimble, agile and entrepreneurial culture ROLE DESCRIPTION The Delivery Manager is responsible for overall delivery, integrity andcoherence of the project by developing and maintaining an environmentcapable of supporting each delivery phase. The role requires takingresponsibility for end-to-end delivery of particular programme outcomes. The individual will define, agree and manage budgets and resources tosupport delivery and will be the focal point of engagement between theclient, 3rd party vendors and Capco colleagues to ensure successfuldelivery. Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremelypersonally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too. SKILLS & EXPERTISE It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skillsand experience: Technology background with early career hands on technical experiencee.g. systems developer, systems engineer, database administratorSuccessful delivery of projects within Banking, Capital Markets and/orInsurance, ideally within the last 3 years. Set-up and execution of successful project delivery governance in amatrix environment which includes 3rd party outsourcing vendors. Set-upand execution of IT project delivery processes ensuring cleararticulation of roles & responsibilities. Managing the project's budget in the range of 5-10m, monitoring theexpenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits, ensuringthat the delivery of new products or services from the projects is tothe appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, inaccordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements Building credible, trusted advisor relationships with key clientstakeholders at all levels of the organisation Significant people management experience (including 3rd party offshore personnel) Professional experience is important.
