Role: Registered Nurse ( RGN, RMN, RNLD)Hours: Full time or Part timeShift: Days or NightsPay: £15.00 per hourLocation: Market HarboroughA modern Care Centre configured in three separate care facilities. The Care Centre is multi-registered to accept clients with many and varied care needs from the age of eighteen years and upwards, to include clients requiring care because of old age, frailty, and/or dementia, a physical or mental disability and/or a sensory impairment. The Care Centre is registered to deliver care to residential/nursing and Continuing Health Care Clients, and also boasts accommodation for clients who wish to retain independence in their own apartment style of accommodation.Registered Care Categories*: Dementia - Learning Disability - Mental Health Condition - Old Age - Physical Disability - Sensory Impairment - Younger AdultsExcellent, 5/5 CQC report and an excellent reputation within the area**Excellent staff to resident ratios on all shifts**Responsibilities:Supporting and supervising unqualified staff to administer medication in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance, policies and proceduresCarry out all duties in a safe manner having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, residents and visitors and report accidents as necessaryAssess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected time-scalesEstablish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staffEnsure that the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all timesMaintain a sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (or equivalent) and all other regulatory standardsEnsure individuals receive a nutritious balanced diet and adequate hydration in accordance with their plan of carePerson specification:Registered General or Mental Health NurseClear NMC PinSomeone who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for residentsThe ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their familiesA natural educator with leadership experience, you will constantly look for ways to share knowledge of best practice with those around youA good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independentlyBenefits:Fixed shifts availableExcellent support and supervision if requiredDBS paid forFree uniformRefreshments on shiftFree parkingPreceptorshipsExcellent on-site training and supportCareer progression opportunitiesFor more information or to apply please call Rebecca on 01489 774213 or email rebecca.rouse@appointgroup.co.uk
