Role - Dynamics CRM Admin Experience - 6 to 8 years Job Description Leading Dynamics CRM admin responsibilities Expert in configuration of CRM server Administration settings Configuring CRM incidents escalations and Setting servers softwareconfigurations Performing server side patching and upgrade Review software upgrades and patching and deployment testing Installation of Dev, SIT and UAT application environments Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners forsystem enhancements/upgrades Guidance for system changes and enhancements Leading continuous improvement initiative for assigned systems andprocesses Monitoring storage usage and archive data as needed.
