Theatre Team Leader - OrthopaedicsFull TimeEssexSalary up to £42,000Our client is actively looking for a Theatre Team Leader to join their busy theatre team. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced, flexible and highly motivated qualified team leader for Orthopaedics to join them. You will have proven and up to date Theatre scrub experience, a minimum of 5 years' experience in Orthopaedics and an ASP qualification essential.Applicants must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team.You will be required to promote the highest possible standards of care based on professionally determined standards and accept accountability for the patient as an individual, providing autonomy.As a Team Leader you will play a key role in the day to day management of the service(s). You will provide support and supervision to the team of support staff, be key to managing the rota and ensuring staff are fully trained, and provide on the job coaching, feedback, and act as a role model.
