The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale at the home is very high.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based on the outskirts of Ebbw Vale, South Wales. This small and specialised nursing home provides care for those with complex mental health needs, dementia care, respite care and residents with schizophrenia. The Home Manager can be flexible to accommodate part time, full time, days shifts, night shifts or a combination to suit you.Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. You must have some post-qualifying nursing experience, ideally within a similar environment. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC.
