This is a great chance to join a successful and growing Healthcare PR Agency as a Programme Director in a leadership role and be based in their offices in Central London. You will have a solid background in publications planning and in this role be responsible for account management and strategy, client relations and team management. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments and give insight on complex issues and whilst contributing to the smooth running of the agency. Responsibilities: Build client teams, including bringing relevant resources onto the team and delegate and distribute workload among them Build skills and capabilities of others through coaching, guidance and training Develop strategies and provide senior-level client counsel Lead formal client meetings and brainstorms Identify and enhance business opportunities Assume responsibility for profitability of designated client programmes, develop, manage, adhere to and reconcile budgets Forecast accurately and accurately capacity plan, in line with budgets Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Educated to Degree level Previous experience of running a team within a healthcare PR agency environment or equivalent Senior-level writing, presentation and strategic/creative skills Strong network of public relations contacts Excellent industry knowledge and familiarity with current industry trends Ability to develop communication plans and/or programmes Ability to identify, communicate and propose solutions for any client service problems that may arise Team player The Programme Director is a key role in our clients account management and would suit someone that enjoys publications planning and management, managing finance and budgets, working to a high level of detail and generally being very hands-on in these areas.
