Job Setting
A dedicated and genuinely carting Staff Nurse is required to work within a well established, purpose built nursing home in Sunderland, Tyne And Wear. My client provides nursing services to the elderly with mental health conditions including dementia. You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Staff Nurse will have fantastic leadership skills, excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The home is dementia-friendly with the relevant staff training, signage and activities allowing residents to live relaxed and dignified lifestyles, whilst having access to a whole range of personal interest and activities. This is a unique care home offering not just nursing, but focussed care covering a range of different dementia types and other complex needs. there is a well-kept enclosed garden allowing occupants to make the most of the warm weather when it arrives!
