The Business Join us in Birmingham as Senior Analyst Gaining key experience, you'll develop operating and business models in this new product area Joining us in Services, COO- this role will place you at the heart of Data & Analytics and give you key exposure to our stakeholders You'll be developing your leadership skills in a small, cutting edge team, focused solely on our closed loop feedback and survey design projectWhat you'll doThis isa new product area, delivering closed loop feedback and survey design, and our team are launching and implementing brand new survey methodology across the bank. Your remit will span across contact design, campaign design principles, analytics and sampling.You'll provide high quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution. You'll capture and validatedocuments and business and data requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles. You'll also be leading and supporting junior analysts in the delivery of their work.As part of your role, you'll: Interpret and visualise large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis Conduct and support options analysis, identifying the most appropriate solution Create detailed process documentation and associated training material Be accountable for full traceability and linkage of business requirements of analytics outputs Seek opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes ensuring the best result for the customer Create and execute quality assurance at various stages of the project in order to validate the analysis and to ensure data quality Develop and deliver a new data driven survey methodology for the bankThe skills you'll needTo take on this role you'll need: Proven application of business analysis tools and techniques (Teradata/Hadoop/Genie) An ability to use core technical skills (SQL/SAS) A good statistics background; (modelling and statistics-based ideally) An appropriate level of knowledge of data in yourown area and across wider unitHow we'll reward youIn return, we offer a competitive salary plus 30% cash and benefit funding programme that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
