Job Setting
A dedicated and passionate Staff Nurse is required to work within a fully CQC compliant nursing home in Skegness, Lincolnshire. My client specialises in providing care to those with physical disabilities and learning disabilities. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The home provides community based care for up to 50 residents. Ideally located with easy links from public transport the home has a free on-site car park. With a recent CQC report that marks the home as fully compliant my client boasts an excellent reputation in the local area.

You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
• Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
• Wound management
• Administering oxygen
• Putting together treatment plans
• Overseeing a team of care assistants
• Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
