Our client is an integrated international Medical Communications Agency. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the creative and brand advertising team and be based in their offices in Surrey. As an account manager, you will assume responsibility for client relationships, overseeing the work of account executives and be a key person in charge of budgets and administration. Our client works on international accounts and is regularly recognised at industry awards events. Our client is looking for enthusiastic candidates with high energy levels and a positive attitude to everything! Our client works across the marketing mix so there are opportunities to work closely with PR and medical education teams. Responsibilities: Dealing with all aspects of a campaign Managing the work of account executives Leading project management activity Delivering presentations Attending client meetings Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients Completing administrative work, as required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Educated to degree level Previous experience in working in an Advertising, Marketing or Communications Department. Have a history of working as part of a brand building or creative team. Previous work on digital accounts would also be preferable Good spoken and written communication skills Strong presentation and negotiation skills Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner Good organisational and time management skills Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients The ability to lead and motivate a team A professional manner Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets ID Search & Selection has been successfully placing candidates in healthcare communications jobs for over 15 years.
