Our client is one of the market leaders in medical communications. They are a specialist in medical education and provide peer-reviewed independent and accredited continuing medical education (IME and CME) to pharmaceutical clients around to the world. Their London office is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities Assist in the management of medical education initiatives, including live events and enduring programmes Develop timelines, project status reports and contact reports for a range of typical projects and tracks projects against deadlines and budget Assist in co-ordinating project teams and internal and external meetings Forming and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to new business proposals Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good life science degree, ideally a PhD Previous experience in a medical education/medical communications agency experience is required Comprehensive project management and organisational skills, and financial acumen Ability to contextualise scientific/medical information Excellent and proactive verbal and written communication skills Good team player with positive attitude that is committed to excellence and has an eye for detail IT literate (use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint) In this role you will be able to use your previous medical education experience to handle day-to-day accounts. Working with the design and implementation international workshops and symposia, and e-learning programmes for healthcare professionals, you will be liaising with clients across a wide range of therapy areas.
