The home looks after 65 service users with good staff ratios and a great support structure.Person Specification: All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous experience within a similar setting is highly desirable for this role.Job role:Whether you're assessing the needs of a new resident, making sure all safeguarding policies are being acted on, taking part in audits, or ensuring we're keeping scrupulous records, you'll make sure your team is reaching the highest standards. We'll also look to you to oversee the administration of medicines by your team in line with NMC regulations, and manage stock levels effectively.
