DIRECTOR, CLINICAL SYSTEMS Location: Swansea, United Kingdom PRA Health Sciences is an award winning CRO. Position overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an industry experienced Clinical Data Manager with a proven background in Clinical Systems Development to join our expanding European team. So if you have experience managing ECRF Designers and Data Programmers then we suggest you apply. Duties will be but not exclusive to: Provides leadership to the planning and implementation of clinical programs. Devises and manages program budgets, resources, and timelines. Builds and maintains key client relationships. Ensures good clinical practices and regulatory guidelines are followed. Responsible for departmental growth and development. Develops standards for reporting study progress metrics within and outside the clinical department. Oversees the timely development of clinical programs in accordance with corporate and department goals. To enable success in this position you will have: Bachelor degree qualified in a health or IT related field and have demonstrable experience working within a CRO and or pharmaceutical industry Solid experience leadership experience in clinical systems and previous line management experience is essential Proven experience in leading functional staff to exceed Motivates and empowers staff to contribute to the clinical data management department Drive Innovation to identify and support new solutions, opportunities, and initiatives.
