Job Setting
One of the UK`s leading healthcare organisations requires a dedicated Senior Staff (RMN) Nurse to work within one of their beautiful mental health nursing homes in Shoreham By Sea, West Sussex. My nationwide client provides nursing services to dementia and nursing needs to the elderly. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The home itself is purpose built and modern, built with comfort in mind. The standard of care in the home is excellent, which is evident in the good CQC, you will be passionate about nursing and be willing to to strive in order to maintain this.

The position can offer days and/or nights, pays up to £19 per hour

Senior Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Supporting adults and elderly residents with mental health disorders
Manageing a team of junior staff andCare Assistants
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Senior Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
