HOME MANAGER – 70 BEDDED HOME – CARLISLE UP TO 45K 25% BONUS SCHEME White Knight Recruitment are working in partnership with a forward thinking national provider of care and nursing homes across the UK. This innovative provider has a requirement for a Home Manager for their nursing and residential care home in Carlisle that supports older persons and those with dementia. This 70 bedded home is purpose built and each room enjoys an en-suite. The home has an extensive activities programme and a unique environment to support older persons.The Home Manager will need experience of overseeing nursing and care homes of a similar or larger and have strong leadership and management skills. Ideally nurse qualified successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to develop the homes they have managed. The Home Manager will ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as providing effective leadership. The Home Manager will ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are adhered to and liaise effectively with the Care Inspectorate.
