Executive Assistant/Team Administrator An outstanding opportunity at the leading private healthcare organisation. We are seeking an Executive Assistant and Team Administrator to be responsible for proactively demonstrating outstanding administrative and organisational skills while managing multiple priorities. Location: Central London - Zone 1 Salary: £25k KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-day Managing Director assistance: You will proactively support two Managing Directors on a day-to-day basis including but not limited to diary management, travel logistics, expense processing, minute taking during leadership team meetings and managing the implementation of actions following, plus marketing support. In your Executive Assistant capacity, it is critical that information shared by the Managing Directors and broader leadership team is kept strictly confidential when required. Office management: Including the organisation of online filing systems, maintenance of internal databases, management of the team birthday and work anniversary celebration calendar, slide/content development for monthly meetings and management of the office's post in and out of the building. Assistance to key client servicing teams: You will also support priority client servicing teams, assisting them with daily administration requirements. These responsibilities will include but not be limited to the formatting of key presentations and documents, managing event logistics, in-office printing, liaising with external suppliers and meeting minute taking. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Exceptional administrative ability, always of a proactive nature with strong attention to detail Excellent time management and productivity IT proficiency, specifically high level skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to ‘manage up' with a willingness to speak up to organise senior leaders and teams as appropriate A team player, someone who is happy to get stuck into any task at hand which ultimately contributes to the smooth running of the agency Able to work proactively with little oversight when required Administrator, Team Administrator, Office Administrator, EA, Executive Assistant, London, Central London, Zone 1
