Our client is a successful international medical communications agency with offices in Europe and the US. As one of the fastest growing agencies in London, they are looking for an Account Manger to join their vibrant team. With their medical communication and medical PR team working closely, you benefit from exploring other areas of the marketing mix. In addition, they offer a season ticket loan, wellness programme after 1 year, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, etc. Responsibilities: Management of day-to-day accounts as key client contact – such as client relationship development, deliverables, deadlines, budgets Team management and coaching As part of a team, new business development with existing clients Keeping abreast of current events, trends and issues and the impact on the industry Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good life sciences degree Significant previous relevant agency experience required Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail Ability to successfully handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously Creative, flexible, and a problem solver In this role you will be running daily accounts and be adding your personal expertise. You will also be able to share your personal area of expertise with others through interactive internal training sessions and further develop your areas of interest through formal and informal training. Having great relationships with your clients, you will be also be able to work with developing new business ideas with them.
