This is a vital role in our Human Resources department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks: RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as HR Generalist for designated countries; * Coordinate the entire recruitment process related to the countries assigned, both directly and through external recruiters, from staffing requisition to final offers. * Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process; * Handle employee questions and suggest necessary actions; * Provide guidance and coaching to department managers and employees on all employee relations issues and escalate to HR management * Other general HR tasks and project work. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in HR; * Good understanding of European law (would be advantageous); * Additional Europan language (French or Spanish desirable); * Excellent communication and customer service skills; * High attention to detail; and * Ability to maintain confidential data.
