Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role in our Human Resources department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks: RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as HR Business Partner for designated countries; * Manage and overview the entire recruitment process related to the countries assigned, both directly and through external recruiters, from staffing requisition to final offers. * Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process; * Support on boarding needs for new hires and participate in orientation. * Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adherence to local regulations and policies * Partner with managers and provide guidance and coaching to department managers and employees on all employee relations issues. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. * Deliver in house training sessions as needed. * May supervisor a team including HR Generalists and/or HR Assistants. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in HR; * Good understanding of European law; * Additional Europan language (French and/or Spanish desirable); * Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; * Ability to train and manage HR staff; and * Basic knowledge of international employments laws and/or processes.
