We are seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join our expanding team in either our Slough or Maidenhead offices in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that has some recruitment experience who is able to use their own initiative. Ideal candidates will have a good work ethic, enthusiastic attitude and ambitions to develop their career within talent management. Candidates must be fluent in English plus either German, Italian, Russian or Spanish. The recruitment sourcer will support the European Recruitment team in building a pipeline of talent, you will also screen candidates, set up interviews, maintain pipelines and hold your own vacancies. We service each functional group within the business as well as external vacancies through our Strategic Staffing business so there is a lot of variety. Job Primary Functions Create a sourcing pipeline and candidate talent-pool for specific job functions Conduct basic screening activities (availability, location, package expectations) with existing candidates Approach candidates through networking, internet searches, social media, and e-shots Create candidate and competitor lists for Recruiters to target Track competitor salary and benefits information Manage job postings (refreshing on sites, sharing on LinkedIn etc) Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s ATS Ensure compliance with company’s hiring policies and practices A comprehensive full job description is available. Job Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent BSc Degree or A Levels preferred Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job Ideally some experience with recruiting in the clinical research industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of creative sourcing techniques Experience with MS Office (Excel) and social media Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and internal business data and information during interactions with staff at all levels Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers Ability to prioritize tasks, stay focused, and take initiative Attention to detail and problem solving skills Full and clean driving licence Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively in English plus either German, Italian, Russian or Spanish Candidates must have the legal authorisation to work in the UK MORE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON REQUEST For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please phone Julia Thomson on +44 (0) 1753 216 725.
