IT Support Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join our Head Office at an exciting period of growth and development. This is a front line IT support role which will see you bring your knowledge and technical abilities to life within our current IT team. Key responsibilities include: Effective, timely and accurate response to all helpdesk requests Complete ownership of helpdesk requests until a solution is found and implemented Effective documentation at all times Follow and create procedures where required Ability to learn new skills and a desire to improve knowledge and stay up to date with new technology About you: You will be a passionate IT professional who is results driven and highly motivated to get the job done right first time. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in communicating with staff at all levels. A natural problem solver, you will have the ability to think laterally and the drive to follow a request through to completion. To be successful in this role, you will have: Similar IT experience, supporting a large organisation Knowledge of using Active Directory, MS Exchange, NTFS permissions Experience with Windows 7 & 10 Pro OS Network troubleshooting ability Experience with computer builds Flexibility and the ability to adapt to suit the needs of a fast moving business environment Benefits: Competitive salary Pension scheme Private medical insurance Other voluntary benefits include: Childcare Vouchers, Bike to Work Location: This position can be based in either our Galashiels head office or our London branch in Chertsey.
