Hours: Permanent, Full time, 36 hours per week
Salary: £9.67 per hour, plus excellent company benefits

We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our clients large nursing and residential home based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

You will naturally be passionate about the care sector and have a genuine interest in working with elderly people. We are looking for Team Leaders who are approachable, caring and compassionate and who will go the extra mile to ensure a first class service is provided to each and every one of their residents. This also includes the families, and your wider multi disciplinary team such as GP's, Social Workers etc.
Organisation skills will be a strong point and you will have the ability to lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants and provide them with the required levels of guidance and support in order for them to provide high quality care. You will be able to identify training and development needs and ensure adequate levels of training are provided to your team members in order to succeed in their role.
Ideally you will be qualified or be willing to undertake QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
