SALARY: 35-40K BASE, 90k+ OTE + Executive Benefits

The company is progressive technology & innovative tax consultancy firm with unique methodology of delivering their key services, which includes R&D tax relief, investment funding and other specialist consultancy to businesses across UK.

They are seeking dynamic and ambitious Business Development Managers that can grow their partnerships and perform direct sales to clients across UK.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial research through to negotiations and closure in a role that will receive new business assistance from an ever-growing portfolio of incoming enquires
- Identify, win and close new business contracts with both SME and Large corporate clients
- Develop your own relationships with clients to increase referral network
- Develop partnership/ referral engagement with accountancy firms

- B2B sales experience;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Natural sales ability; you must be confident, and articulate, particularly on the telephone;
- The ability to tailor your style and sales pitch to suit a particular opportunity;
- Gravitas and a professional appearance; it is a consultative sales role, and as such essential to have exceptional communication skills
- Favourable, however not essential - Research and Development or technological knowledge, and experience working in the financial industry and/or tax relief sphere
- Good business and commercial acumen

Main Responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business meetings across the UK.
- Working with clients in sectors ranging but not limited to Pharmaceutical, FinTech, Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, Digital Agencies and Software;
- Creating a pipeline of new business;
- Identifying new verticals;

Package:
Salary: 35-40k Base, 90k OTE + Executive Benefits
