Job Description

Xpress Solutions are looking for an administrator/ receptionist to work in a busy office in the Oldham area.

The work will include

  • Meeting and greeting customers and being the first port of call for all contact
  • Answering incoming calls in a courteous manner and directing them to the relevant department
  • Using companies internal database for data input
  • Maintaining filing system and archiving files
  • General office duties
  • Photocopying
  • Stock taking

You will need to have a bubbly personality and be able to communicate with people at all levels. You will be working within a team environment whilst using your own initiative.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0815 - 1700.

Qualifications and Skills

GCSE Maths and English

Strong IT Skills

Proactive and quick learner
