Xpress Solutions are looking for an administrator/ receptionist to work in a busy office in the Oldham area.
The work will include
- Meeting and greeting customers and being the first port of call for all contact
- Answering incoming calls in a courteous manner and directing them to the relevant department
- Using companies internal database for data input
- Maintaining filing system and archiving files
- General office duties
- Stock taking
You will need to have a bubbly personality and be able to communicate with people at all levels. You will be working within a team environment whilst using your own initiative.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0815 - 1700.

To train receive on the job training to NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/ Customer Service
