Office Administrator / Administration / Site Administrator
Administrator with 4 years+ experience and good IT skills is needed by our client, a specialist carpentry and joinery contractor, to be based on site in shoreditch (London). The role may involve visiting other sites across London if required.
They offer carpentry and fit out services to the major developers and contractors across London and the South East.
Having worked with some of the most renowned developers and contractors building apartments and houses they have twice been awarded Housebuilder Sub-contractor of the Year.
With over 20 years' history, they are now on the lookout for an Administrator to join their skilled team.
About The Role
This will be a site-based role.
As their Administrator, your primary responsibilities will be to carry out general administrative tasks, document control, and supporting the site management team when necessary.
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in an administrative role.
- Good IT skills (proficient in Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Organisational & time management skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritise workload
- Aptitude for problem solving
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
