Salary £25,000 to £32,000

knowledge of Microsoft office suite to include experience of excel sheets.

Proficient in Sage 50 Software.

Working hours: Mon-Friday-with flexibility

45 hours a week with half an hour daily lunch break

Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders and invoicing

Processing customer orders

Liaising between sales office and warehouse customer to ensure timely delivery of the customer orders

Data entering and updating product specification.

Maintains stock lists and office supplies as required

Handles expenses and give support to accounts where required

Helping with stock counts

Communicating with suppliers entering information regarding delivery of shipments.

Filing and organising documents

Candidate must show previous performance and skills in the following areas;

Excellent interpersonal skills as the role demands effective communication both internally and externally at all times.

Team player with a flexible attitude allowing them to adapt to a growing business environment.

Have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

Be resilient and able to work well under pressure

Highly Organised and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload

Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
