So this time, we are on the hunt for an E-Learning Administrator to join our fast growing organisation.

Reporting directly to the Lead Course Programmer, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and publishing of e-learning courses, both internal and external courses for clients using purpose-built software.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, in order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all courses built. You will be able to build and deliver courses on time, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, in parallel with changing priorities and business requirements.

The objectives of the E-Learning Administrator are:
• Create and maintain CPL Online internal and external e-learning courses
• Adapt and manipulate course material from one format to another
• Input course text to the course manager database
• Attend meetings with other departments to review projects
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments
• All other reasonable duties as required

To be a good E-Learning Administrator at CPL, you’ll need:
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in using computers and various software
• Proven administrative skills in a professional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create high-quality solutions to a deadline, but maintain a keen eye for detail
• High levels of accuracy at all times
• Good organisational skills in order to manage multiple projects
