Concept are urgently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer in the Hackney area

We require an engineer to work on a 4 week contract (with chance of extension) The suitable engineer will also be considered for future upcoming projects

Responsibilities and ideal experience of the role -

* Travel throughout Hackney working in multiple education sites providing service desk and floor walking support (1st & 2nd line)
* Provide a single point of contact for all users of IS, logging and managing support incidents maintaining ownership of the issue until resolved
* Provision of first line support, undertaking 2nd support where required
* Working on Windows (7 and 10)/ Office (2003/2010/2016)/ desktop/ printer/ phone hardware based tickets
* Providing support via the telephone ,remote desktop services and floor walking

Further role details -

* Normal working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 based (37.5 hours pw)
* Be able to travel through multiple Hackney sites per day
* Have a live Must have DBS / Disclosure Scotland (Last 6 months)

Rate - £140 per day (umbrella / Ltd Company)

Initially running for 4 weeks with chance of extension
