Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Manchester

Duration: 4 months possible extension

Rate: £(Apply online only)/day

Short Description:

To implement and manage collections processes relating to our clients Infrastructure and /or Property portfolios up to £0.5b.
2. Deliver compliance to the collections internal processes, contractual terms and service level agreements.
3. Track collections metrics to identify performance issues and drive out process defects.
4. Assist in the identification, design, development and implementation of process, technology and business change improvements that deliver benefits to Receivables.
5. Adopt credit control procedures appropriate to portfolio(s), including the production and validation of customer statements and dunning letters.
6. Support preparation of the necessary evidence and documentation for the resolution or negotiation of large /complex customer accounts that are in dispute or require legal recourse.
7. Deliver the unidentified /non remittance receipting and cash allocation process for all customer payments including third party managing agents’ income. Provide cash flow forecasts.
8. Deliver the credit management and checking for customer portfolio(s).
9. Support the production of added valued commentaries and supporting analysis in relation the debtors pack and processing KPIs

• Experience of working in customer focused environment.
• Working towards membership of a relevant professional body, with relevant experience or possession of sufficient experience to fulfill the requirements of the role

• Relevant experience within finance functions of NR and/or external organisations.
• Experienced in use of Oracle & Property Management System
• Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law
