My client, a major multi-channel retailer, is looking for an IT Support Engineer. With a non-hierarchical outlook, my client is looking for the perfect IT Support Engineer to join their team of skilled technicians and get stuck in straight away, taking care of all their offices and over 80 stores.

The Role:

* Train all employees on core I.T. systems
* Support all offices and over 80 retail stores
* Server Backups, Maintenance, Installation, Configuration, Virtualisation
* Active Directory and Group Policy Management
* Network Maintenance and Configuration
* Support for some Cloud Services

Skills Required:

* Ticketing Systems
* Windows and Mac OS
* Hardware set up skills
* Active Directory
* Software installation
* Mobile device knowledge
* Multifunction printing/scanning
* Customer service skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, troubleshooting skills
* Experience of working within a retail environment (if possible)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months (with an opportunity to extend)

Day Rate : £100 - £200
