A Global financial Services Organisation currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Analyst (Salesforce) to join their established but growing technology practice.

This is a Permanent Position based in Northampton

Your Role

You will Manage the day to day delivery of the application support services to the client from both external and internal suppliers and staff.
Resolution of operational issues within the Application Support teams, impacting on the overall Application Service Delivery.
You will be Measuring and monitoring the operational performance against agreed service level agreements and associated cost models.
Management of the implementation of change against client plans, service plans, business and benefits cases for the applications.
Delivery of 2nd Line Application Support services for applications under support.
Carry out Incident Management activities according to the process, procedures, and work instructions

Desirable Skills
Good knowledge of CRM Tools like Service Now, Service First, Service Watch, Service Manager,
Application Support, Development & Administration
Primary proficient in (url removed) (SFDC) and supporting Salesforce administrative activities.
Understanding of APEX Controllers, Apex Triggers, Visual force Pages, Test Classes.
Good understanding of the Credit Card Industry will be preferred but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of ITIL framework. ITIL certification preferred
Prior experience in application support is desirable, but not mandatory
Knowledge on UNIX will add advantage, but not mandatory
