My client is an innovative, fast growing, world leader in Automated point-of-use dispensing and supply chain technologies, and due to continued success and growth, they are now recruiting for a IT Administrator to join their team in Kidderminster.

As IT Administrator you will deliver quality technical support to onsite and remote locations with the ability to solve advanced problems. This includes a wide range of job duties from basic computer knowledge, installation of programs, phone and PC / Laptop setups to network and advanced application troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will report to the IT Operations Manager in the US and will be part of the global IT organisation for the business.

Ideally you will have a successful working background in an advanced IT support and administration role and possess exceptional customer service skills. It is also vital that you have experience with Service Desk Systems with knowledge of ITIL standards or certification, hands on experience on experience with Microsoft Office 365 services, Windows 7 & 10 operating and experience with Microsoft Server technologies.
