We are now looking for Internal Technical Support to provide remote support to our pharmacy branches located all over the UK. Answering calls from busy pharmacy branches, you will be responsible for administration processes, and will provide support with the ProScript PMR and MultEpos systems. Additionally you will be responsible for call logging and troubleshooting faults with various software packages & hardware.

The successful candidate will have at least one higher level qualification in Information Technology or alternatively have strong experience in the IT industry.

• You will have previous experience and knowledge in PC repairs, image building, broadband and networking VPN/LAN/WAN

• Microsoft products including Windows 7/8 and 10 and Office Suite.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and MS Terminal Services/RDS is desired but not essential.

• Printer maintenance experience is also required Dell/HP/Brother/Star/Zebra/Samsung.

• Knowledge of the Proscript PMR or MultEpos EPOS system is desirable.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with high attention to detail and will have the ability to work alone and as part of a team. In addition you will have good problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.

You will need to have a flexible attitude to working and will work Monday to Friday on a weekly rota covering the business working hours of 8-5.30 with an unpaid lunch break of one hour. You will be required to work 9.00 am to 12.00 pm on a Saturday on call.
