SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)/SEMH Social Emotional Mental Health - Ealing - ASAP START

THIS SEN SCHOOL IN EALING ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE AND DRIVEN SEMH/SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT TO CONTINUE THE EXCELLENT EDUCATION THAT THEY PROVIDE.

Longterm Full time SEN Teaching Assistant position
Growing and Succesful SEMH/SEN school
Close to Local tube and bus stations as well as onsite car parking for staff
£70 - £110 PER DAY

For this post you should be a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant who has already held a school-based position. You must have the skills to be an enthusiastic addition to the school environment and confidently approach challenging situations. You will have the ability to show care and adapt your approach to SEN pupils and contribute to extra curricular activities.

This SEMH/SEN Teaching Assistant role involves you working on an individual basis with various children from the ages of 4-19 who display Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will be advancing your skills through the leadership of a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and accepting as much CPD and training as possible.

To apply for this SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity you need:
Teaching Assistant NVQ Qualification
At least two or three years experience teaching young peoplein a specialist school(EBD and SEMH)
A desire to support young people in an educational setting to achieve qualifications and fulfil their potential
A calm, flexible but stern, hands on approach.
