Our client is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Advisor, to join their well-established business, on a permanent basis in the Wilford area of Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience dealing with customer tech issues. You will need to monitor email address, forums and social media for tech issues. The main support with will be online as opposed to over the phones but you should be able to successfully investigate problems with installation, software usage and other support materials.

The successful candidate will have experience investigating software problem on MAC and/or Windows and IOS operating systems. You should also have a strong desire to build upon software knowledge to evolve with the business.

Candidates will be required to work Monday-Friday, ether 8-4 or 9-5 with some occasional, weekend or evening work to cover.

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years tech support experience and those with experience of Mac, IOS and Windows support will be of particular interest.
