This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to work with one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical organisations supporting their Financial Services division.

Duties:

* Rolls up project status and produces the portfolio dashboard
* Monitors portfolio dashboard week over week and produces portfolio trend/insights reports
* Monitors project compliance with standards and escalates any issues
* Compliance with the PMO standards and processes
* Serves as quality control/assurance for project management processes
* Support Portfolio & PMO Lead with ad-hoc requests

Key Skills:

* Knowledge of formal Project and Programme management methods, tools and techniques
* Experience of supporting the PMO of a large and complex project/programme
* High level of analytical/numerical skills and a passion for detail
* Ability to drive recommendations to conclusion, influence/challenge others and provide clear direction
* Metrics/KPI experience to identify continuous improvement actions
* Governance and consolidation reporting experience on a large project or in a business area
* Experience of establishing and maintaining PMO processes
* Exceptional communication skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, influencing skills, oral and written communication skills
* Competent IT skills
* Excellent coordination, and project management skills
