We are seeking an individual to help us deliver and support businesses with Leadership and Management training via an ESF Skills Support for the Workforce Programme across the Midlands and parts of the North West and Leicestershire.

Due to our clients success in securing an ESF funded Skills Support for the Workforce contract in Leicestershire, we require an individual who is able to engage both businesses and learners and confident in securing delivery in Team Leading, Management Training and laying the foundations for further progression.

This role is full time and requires flexibility in working hours revolving around the needs of learners and employers which may require evening and possibly weekend activity.

It suits an individual who has attention to detail, is customer focused and can liaise with leaders in business as well as having knowledge of eligibility criteria for funded learning including Advanced Learning Loans, Apprenticeships, Traineeships and vocational qualifications.

A requirement to have your own vehicle is necessary.

We also welcome applicants who would like to considered for this role in a part time capacity. We envisage the individual to be based at our head office in Birmingham and traveling to meet learners and employers as required.
