Manpower are currently recruiting for Parcelforce Worldwide who are currently looking for an Online IT Administrator to join their busy team.

You will be required to work on the first line support team for Parcelforce account customers who use (url removed) . You will be required to help customers with the following:
- Helping fix login issues such as usernames and passwords
- Assisting customers with the website itself telling them how it works, how to book parcels and where to print labels.
- Deal with emails to our team and setting up new customers
- Typical calls consist of resetting passwords and a lot of trouble shooting, so a lot of things such as why it isn't the system printing labels, why there shipments aren't being processed and why they can't log in.

For this role you are speaking to some of Parcelforce's largest clients who are based on a National Scale, therefore you must be happy speaking with Customers over the phone and on the rare occasion speaking with frustrated customers.

You must have previous IT experience and be comfortable performing varying tasks, however full training will be provided.

You will be working on a small team, therefore the ability to work independently and part of the team is important.

This is an ongoing role, where we are looking to interview next week.
